Soccer

In addition to Pumpkins, fall is also the season for Soccer!

There is nothing cuter than a group of preschoolers chasing the soccer ball up and down the field and triumphantly scoring a goal for the wrong team.

Both Pete and Isie were able to participate this season.

Isie took a class, "soccer tots". It was indoors and geared to teaching 2 and 3 year olds soccer skills. So she didn't have any games but she kicked the ball a lot and ran. The girl loves to run.

And of course, she had to have a pink soccer ball!

Pete is on a team through the San Tan League. His team is the "transformers". They have practice once a week and a game every Saturday. He is much more involved this year. No spinning in the field like an airplane or stopping to pick up a rock. He chases the ball, kicks goals (usually the wrong way), and loves his teammates. They even had professional pictures taken.
