Schnepf Farms

We had our annual Fall visit to Schnepf Farms this past week.

Schnepf Farms is a working farm that also has kiddie rides,
a petting zoo, shows, and food!

This year we also had a special guest join us, the Kids' Papa, Dave.

A great time was had by all, but I think the adults were worn out
even more than the kids :)

They wanted to take a picture with the pumpkins but then they refused to look at the camera, oh well. And for some reason Isie was scared of climbing on all the hay. Mind you she ran straight from here to a wooden play structure twice as high and climbed on with no problems.

We went on a short tractor pulled hayride that took us to see...

...Reindeer! The kids loved feeding them leaves and petting them through the fence. This of course spurred a new onslaught of "when Santa comes I want"

And we went on rides!

There was a roller coaster that Pete was tall enough to ride this year, flying bumble bees, an airplane that the kids could fly but Mommy and Daddy couldn't go on, and of course, a carousel.

I think Pete looks a little nervous on his roller coaster ride.

Isie loved this puppy! She rode the carousel so many times.
And she would sob if someone else was on the puppy and she couldn't have it.

The airplanes made me nervous since they went on them on their own, but they did a good job.

We all had a great day!
