Bowling

Today we took the kids bowling for the first time.

We went with Uncle Paco, Aunt Krista, and Elizabeth

who is a seasoned bowler -she'd been once before :)

So that the kids would be successful and enjoy themselves

we used bumpers to keep the ball out of the gutter

and a ramp to give the ball some forward momentum.

Isie insisted on using the pink ball even though it was too heavy.

Half-way through the game Pete decided to try with out the bumper.

They had a great time and were really cute to watch!

Isie kicked butt, scoring 101.

Pete came in second with an 87.

Of course, as I told the kids, as long as you had fun you are a winner!

(By the way, I was the biggest loser of all today but I had fun)
